Josh is an astoundingly attentive and hard-working professional. He helped my wife and I find our dream home and made it a smooth and enjoyable process. We knew exactly what we wanted in the property and were picky about finances, but he was patient and persistent in finding us exactly what we wanted. When I first started working with Mike, I wasn't 100% sure that I wanted to buy and plant roots in Denver. I simply wanted to take a look at a few places that I saw online. Another local REALTOR refused to work with me because I wasn't a serious enough buyer (very offensive, by the way), so he referred me to Mike.

Zack Kobilca & Logan Robichaud are awesome! We have used them a couple times with selling/buying property, and it was all very easy. DRG also manages the rental of an investment property for us... they take care of everything. I really haven't had to think about the rental property since DRG started managing for us! The rent payments just show up in our account at the same time every month! They are awesome!

Will was an absolute pleasure to work with, and we quickly realized he knows more about Denver, the market, and the investment aspects of buying real estate, than anyone else we had met while interviewing agents. He was able to walk us through any improvement projects we may need to do to properties we were interested in, so we knew the total amount of investment we would need. He also was able to tell us what it would look like if we eventually turned our property into a rental - how much rent would be, how that would work from a tax perspective, and how we could benefit by turning our home into a business! What a great guy, and a fantastic real estate agent!

I purchase rental properties as investments, and my overall retirement plan, and I don’t trust anyone but Will McKinlay. He knows if I’m getting a good deal on the purchase side, how much I can rent my investment for, what type of short term and long term improvements will need to be made, and how I can maximize the business aspect of the property. Most importantly, he provides me with multiple OFF MARKET opportunities per year for great rentals. That means no competition, guaranteed good price, and sometimes the homes already have great tenants paying great rent! Will is the best agent I’ve met and will continue to use him with exclusivity.
