Zack L. Kobilca (“Zack”) is a Managing Partner at DRGINVEST Holdings LLC (“DRGINVEST”), a diversified holding company. At DRGINVEST, Zack focuses on existing operations, business development, and leads the new venture pipeline.
In 2008, Zack founded the legacy of DRGINVEST, formerly, Denver Realty Group (“DRG”). DRG was built around an all-service real estate foundation, which offers brokerage and sales, property management, and investing platforms. With Zack’s oversight, DRG has acquired several management companies and created numerous value-add partnerships. Prior to starting DRG, Zack worked for a senior housing developer for a short time and left to pursue his entrepreneurial spirit.
Zack graduated from the University of Denver with a Real Estate and Marketing degree. He enjoys networking, traveling, and building companies. Outside of work, Zack enjoys skiing, golfing, and staying active.
